UNUSED PRODUCTS
We accept returns on unused FREQNCY products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please reach out to us at hello@myfreqncy.com, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES
If you purchased FREQNCY through a third-party retailer, returns must be processed directly through the store of purchase. If you experience any issues, feel free to loop us in at hello@myfreqncy.com - we’re always here to help.
OPENED PRODUCTS
If you’ve opened a product and it’s not quite your match, we invite you to keep things sustainable. Gift it to someone who may love it. Let us know once you’ve done so, and we’ll happily offer you a discount on your next FREQNCY purchase as a thank-you for keeping the energy flowing forward.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives with a defective pump or container, please contact us right away at hello@myfreqncy.com, and we’ll make it right.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Please note that gift cards and shipping costs are non-refundable.
